Job Type: Full-time

Candidates must possess the following qualities:

• 2 years experience
• Ability to read and follow drawings
• Ability to cut and build cabinetry
• Laminating experience
• Experience with small hand tools, power tools, sliding tables saws and other cutting equipment
• The understanding of the importance of sanding
• Attention to detail- Basic knowledge of the manufacturing industry
• Basic knowledge and interest in Lean manufacturing
• Understanding the importance of your next customer on the shop floor
• Willingness to learn, problem solve, and ask questions
• Team player but also able to work on projects independently
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production facility
• Desire to grow with the company

Other assets, but not requirements:

• Installation experience
• CNC experience
• Finishing experience

We are looking for a committed, hard-working individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Candidate must be open minded – as the company continues to grow, shift is a strong possibility, cross training in various areas such as finishing, CNC and final assembly may be required.
