Starsky: Increasing profitability through smart design

Starsky is one of largest European market chains west of Toronto, but in a region offering myriad choices for shoppers, they needed to ensure their in-store experience was nothing but the best.

Cayuga Displays worked with Starsky’s owner and planning team to come up with an elevated customer experience in which their mouth-watering food would be beautifully displayed. The results were stunning all-steel salad bars with air-over refrigeration. These have proven to be highly profitable as they lend themselves to easy upselling.

While other out-of-the-box units were available for the client, it became clear that our experience combined with our ability to partner effectively would be the best value for Starsky. The project was done within an aggressive timeline, but delivered on time and within budget.
